Installation methods for large-span and spatial steel structures.
1、 Slippage method
In the installation process of large-span and spatial steel structures, if there are problems with direct construction at the building location, sliding construction method is an effective solution.
The sliding method can generally be divided into two types: structural sliding method and support sliding method.
Structural sliding method: Its basic idea is to assemble the entire (or partial) structure into shape on a site with assembly conditions, and then use the sliding system to move it as a whole to the design position as an installation method.
Support slip method: It is to set up a support frame on the basis of structural design to provide support and operating platform for in-situ installation of the structure. After the installation of this part of the structure is completed, the support slip will detach from the already installed structure. This creates conditions for the in-situ installation of adjacent structures, and this cycle continues until the overall installation of the structure is completed.
